Why Choose Dr. McMillan?

Experience
Over 20 years of practice, I have surgically corrected thousands of noses, whether for functional or cosmetic problems.
I love it!
I love fixing noses. It is my favorite thing. Sometimes I think I enjoy my patients’ good outcomes more than they do.
I don’t offer other cosmetic procedures
I specialize in noses only. Achieving good outcomes in functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty demands focus and attention to detail. I do not spread around my time and attention on liposuction, implants, or procedures to fight the effects of aging.
I care about my patients
I enjoy my patients and want the best for them. This is reflected in my careful planning for each procedure. Occasionally, my concern will be reflected when I encourage a patient not to have rhinoplasty.
My patients know what to expect
I will spend considerable time educating you so that there are few surprises.
I am conservative
I do not like making dramatic changes in noses. Too much change in the appearance of the nose can bring undue attention. I make the least amount of change that will accomplish our goals.
I am well respected by my peers
I have been in practice at the same location for 15 years. My reputation in the medical community is excellent as reflected in the fact that I served as President of the Medical Staff at Memorial Medical Center several years ago.
I am board certified
I am certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose, and Throat), and am a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
